These general terms and conditions govern the use of sauroraa.be and the purchase of tickets and products.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by the organizer. ID will be required at the entrance.

Products are shipped within 5 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days in their original condition.

Sauroraa declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage occurring during events.

Sauroraa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
